Wipe down all equipment before first use.

On occasion, slight chipping of weight plates may take place during shipping and handling and are outside of EvoHealth Inc's control. This however does not negatively affect the durability of the products. 

Sometimes, rubber handles of the dumbbells may be slightly indented when first opening the box. While this is not ideal, due to the nature of the box, the handles may get squeezed by the weight plates. Overtime and after more usage, the rubber should come back into its original form. This also does not negatively affect the durability of the products.

Please double check all edges for the product before use. If necessary, sand down any sharp metal edges on the bars and spinlock collars to avoid possible cuts to your hands.

We offer a 14 day refund policy if you are unsatisfied with your purchase (14 days from receiving your product). Return delivery to Mississauga, Ontario, is your responsibility. All returned items must be in original packaging and in good condition. A restocking fee up to 10% may apply for orders with missing or damaged parts/packaging. All returns will be made on original form of payment. Original receipts must be presented.
