Adjustability: This bench has multiple adjustable positions, from a straight bench all the way up to incline (please note: there is no decline on this bench). 7 adjustable backrest positions and 4 adjustable seat positions can be used depending on the exercise and your body type. The bench can be used for a range of exercises including bench press, shoulder press and rows, amongst others.
Stability - Comfort even at the heaviest of lifts: This bench is even more stable off the floor compared to Bench 2.0. The continued improvements in stability will complete your home gym and make you feel comfortable even on the heaviest of lifts.

Easy maneuvering: The bench has two wheels on one end and a sturdy handle on the other to allow quick repositioning.
